We took a little trip to Lousiana to visit family and take our baby to meet her great grandmas for the first time! We had a really nice visit and I got some really nice pictures!

A Spring Day at the Farm

Today was so beautiful! The boys and I spent the afternoon with Shayla at Momma and George's and I entertained myself by taking pictures. But, I must admit it was hard taking pictures and holding Caylan on my shoulder at the same time!

The first pictures of Spring Break-

Today was the first day of Spring Break! I plan on taking a bunch of pictures during this next week for practice. Susan, Amara and Jayden were over today to play and I took these. We were in the living room with all natural lighting. I was in the av setting with no flash and I got them a little too dark. And it seems to be hard to get the coloring right with the red couch!

The Way I see it...

My eye has to be trained to see a good picture. Like color , white balance, exposure etc. I am practicing trying to get good at crisp, clear pictures indoors. Hopefully the old saying is true and practice really does make perfect!



This is Cohlyn's first year to play baseball and he and Daddy are practicing hard. He is an excellent batter!

I took a walk around the block and to the park and took some pictures today.

Schnookie is 5 months old today!

From 2 pounds to 10! I can't believe how fast time has gone by. She is 5 months old today! Boy, this first year is going to go by so very fast. I just want to savor every moment with her.
