This one is good.. but it almost looks soft. I'm not sure if that is because there is less contrast in this one than the last one you posted of him. Try giving it a bit more contrast, I bet it will help it out a lot!
Another rule.. try to keep the eyes in the top third of the frame.. here they are smack dab in the middle vertically.. the whole rule of thirds thing..
You must be busy.. you haven't been around SK as much the past little bit!?!
